| How
do I reserve my hotel room? |
The reservation process
we have established is very simple.
After you have entered your arrival
and departure dates, you will see a
list of hotels and rates that are available
for the selected destination. From there
you can either click the "Book Now"
button to begin the reservation process
or review hotel descriptions by clicking
"Hotel Details". After selecting the
"Book Now" link you will be taken to
a "Secure Reservation Request" form.
There you will need to review the "Reservation
Information" and fill in the blanks
on the "Customer Information" and "Credit
Card" sections. You will be ask to enter
your credit card information or choose
to call or fax in the information. By
paying with a credit card over our SECURE
form, your reservation is booked immediately.
If you choose to call or fax the information,
the reservation will not be confirmed
until we have received the credit card
numbers. |
| How do
I pay for My Reservation? |
Depending
on the individual hotel booking policy,
you may be required to pay in full
, leave a 'Booking Deposit' or pay
when you arrive at the hotel. When
booking a hotel you will see a breakdown
of the charges.
a) Full Payment: Your
credit card will be immediately charged
for the full amount.
b) Deposit: You will
be asked to leave a booking deposit(
Usually $11.00 per night). This deposit
will be deducted from the total amount
due. You will then pay the balance
upon arrival at the hotel. You WILL
NOT see a credit on your hotel bill
for the amount of the deposit. The
daily deposit amount will be deducted
by the hotel from the daily rate.
Therefore the rate reflected on your
hotel bill will be lower than the
quoted rate as the deposit you paid
has been deducted by the hotel from
the advertised rate.
c) Pay upon arrival:
You will be asked to guarantee the
reservation with a valid credit card.
You will then pay in full upon arrival
at your lodging establishment.
